  • Break down business and product requirements into epics, features, and granular user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and engineering teams to proactively explore current-state systems and understand existing application functionality.
  • Define requirements that account for workflows, system integrations, data mapping, dependencies, edge cases, and user experience considerations.
  • Create and maintain integration requirements, including interface specifications and documentation for connected systems.
  • Work closely with UX designers to ensure requirements align with intended customer and user journeys for web and native mobile applications.
  • Support Agile product planning, release planning, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities in partnership with Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery confidence.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions that support functionality, usability, and operational efficiency.
  • Operate with a high degree of ownership, initiative, and independence while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience working on software application or development projects as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Experience ensuring requirements fully capture workflows, data needs, integrations, business rules, edge cases, and user interactions.
  • Experience partnering with development teams building web and native mobile applications.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for backlog management and software release planning.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, API documentation, and database-related analysis.
  • Familiarity with observability and troubleshooting tools such as Splunk, App Insights, DataDog, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
