Technical Business Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst for an initial 3-month contract to support the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow within a large and complex enterprise environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, analysing current-state processes, and translating business needs into fit-for-purpose ServiceNow solutions.
This role will play a key part in facilitating workshops, conducting gap analysis, supporting process redesign, and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow capabilities aligned with organisational objectives. The successful candidate will also contribute to testing activities, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and the development of project documentation to support implementation, user adoption, and ongoing operational success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst delivering enterprise technology projects.
- Demonstrated experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse and redesign business processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience developing user stories, process maps, workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
