We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst, Senior – Data & Mortgage Servicing to lead the translation of complex mortgage servicing business needs into scalable data and technology solutions. This individual will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering teams, solution architects, product management, and software engineering. The ideal candidate combines deep mortgage servicing expertise with strong technical knowledge of enterprise data warehousing, data modeling, data integration, cloud analytics platforms, and modern data engineering practices, with the ability to engage effectively in technical discussions involving data architecture, ETL/ELT development, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern data ecosystems. This role will play a critical part in defining business requirements, analyzing complex servicing datasets, supporting enterprise reporting, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
