Acting as a strategic driver of data delivery, this role ensures complex data architecture initiatives align seamlessly with business goals across cross-border teams.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Direct data delivery initiatives, acting as the primary project lead connecting Data, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders.</li> <li>Utilize a strong background in data architecture (Data Lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, transformation frameworks, reporting systems) to translate complex financial/accounting requirements into execution plans.</li> <li>Own end-to-end project tracking, sprint planning, cross-track dependency mapping, and milestone execution while maintaining alignment between engineering backlogs and finance transformation priorities.</li> <li>Drive seamless cross-border coordination from Mexico, leveraging fluent English and Spanish communication skills to clear operational blockers and deliver executive-level status reporting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of Technical Project Management / TPM experience in data engineering environments.</li> <li>Hands-on familiarity with data pipeline concepts (ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, SQL, Cloud Data Architecture).</li> <li>Proven experience managing Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) in Jira or similar tools.</li> </ul>
