Technology Business Analyst (12 month Secondment/Max Term Role)
Create your best future and join as a Technology Business Analyst.
- Location: Sydney-based role only
- On-site Requirement: 2-3 days per week in the office
- Why On-site? This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential.
What’s the role?
As a Technology Business Analyst, you'll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document business requirements that support strategic initiatives and change delivery. You'll lead process mapping activities, creating clear end-to-end workflows and translating complex business needs into practical, actionable solutions.
Additionally, you'll build strong relationships across a broad range of stakeholders and facilitate productive conversations between business and technical teams. You'll ask the right questions to uncover requirements, help technical subject matter experts articulate complex concepts, and ensure business needs are clearly understood, documented, and communicated throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You will work autonomously to coordinate activities across multiple teams, manage requirements from discovery through to implementation, and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support adherence to enterprise delivery frameworks, and promote best-practice business analysis across the organisation.
