Tech Performance & Digital Insights Analyst

Role description: The Tech Performance & Digital Insights Analyst will support the Technology Performance and Assurance capability by delivering high-quality, data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions. The role will enable a single source of truth by integrating data across portfolio, program, risk, and compliance domains, while leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance automation, visibility, and decision-making. Role accountabilities: * Collect, structure, and maintain data across portfolio, program, risk, and compliance domains. * Develop and maintain dashboards such as Power BI and reporting solutions to track performance, risks, and dependencies. * Support the production of integrated reporting packs for governance forums and leadership. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting outputs. * Identify trends, variances, and early warning indicators to support proactive decision-making. * Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. * Support governance processes through timely and structured reporting. * Contribute to maintaining reporting standards, definitions, and templates. * Assist in integrating data across multiple domains to ensure consistency and transparency. * Support the preparation of governance materials and performance insights. * Leverage Power Platform including Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate to improve reporting and data flows. * Support automation of manual reporting processes and data consolidation. * Explore and apply AI capabilities to enhance insight generation, anomaly detection, and reporting efficiency. * Continuously improve tools, dashboards, and data models to increase usability and value. * Support tracking of DR readiness, testing, and dependencies. * Contribute to reporting on resilience indicators and readiness status. * Assist in coordination with relevant teams for visibility and reporting. * Contribute to transparency and visibility across Technology performance and risk. * Support data-driven decision-making and governance effectiveness. * Align reporting outputs with portfolio, program, and risk leadership needs. * Support continuous improvement of reporting, insights, and ways of working. Qualifications & Experience: * Strong experience in data analysis, performance reporting, business intelligence or digital insights, with a proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights that support technology performance and decision making. * Demonstrated experience designing, developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and performance metrics using business intelligence tools such as Power BI. * Strong analytical capability, with the ability to structure, manage and interpret complex datasets while maintaining high standards of data quality, consistency and accuracy. * Experience using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate, to develop reporting solutions, automate processes and improve operational efficiency. * Exposure to AI enabled tools and technologies, with a strong interest in applying AI to reporting, analytics and insight generation to enhance efficiency and decision making. * Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to identify data issues, investigate underlying causes and develop practical solutions that improve reporting quality and effectiveness. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to understand reporting requirements and communicate analytical insights clearly to both technical and non technical audiences. * Experience collaborating with Technology, Data, Finance and operational teams to develop performance insights and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements. * Understanding of project, program and portfolio management environments is desirable, including familiarity with performance measures, governance and delivery reporting. * Degree level education in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science or another relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience. * Professional certifications in Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Data Analytics or related disciplines are desirable.
