Quality Control Analyst- R45940Position DescriptionWe are currently looking to fill a Temp QC Analyst with a first shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures and tests a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. After manufacturing the biopharmaceuticals then move into the quality control department to pass rigorous testing requirements prior to being made available to patients worldwide. Our Temp QC Analyst are on the front line, to ensure the QC Bioassay lab runs smoothly. They perform all tasks necessary to maintain the bioassay lab as a highly efficient lab space.Roles Responsibilities• Collects/prepares samples, aliquots, and reagents in support of testing using aseptic technique and good material handling practices as required.• Maintains laboratory purchased reagents, equipment, and supplies through ordering, login, inventory, and stocking. Determines and responds to material alert levels or provides stability study metrics as required.• Calibrates or coordinates calibration of instruments/devices prior to use.• Performs data entry into Laboratory Information Management System and other quality systems to ensure compliance with standards. Compiles data for laboratory investigations.• Performs/coordinates equipment, supplies, 5S organization, and maintenance; disposes of expired materials and laboratory waste.• Conducts temperature, environmental, and/or CO2 monitoring.• Completes laboratory documentation and reviews logbook data.• Collaborates with other departments to receive/pull samples and other material. Submits samples for testing and performs sample disposal.• Coordinates sample and reagent transfers/shipments, verifying integrity of received materials.• Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements and maintains inspection readiness.• Participates in required training activities.Skills• Ability to maintain integrity and honesty at all times.• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.• Ability to communicate with transparency.• Continuously drive to improve processes for improved performance.• Demonstrate respectful behavior at all times.• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Effective time management skills.• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.• Strong interpersonal skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to gather and generate data.Education & Experience• BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field; will substitute relevant experience for education.• Experience with GMP/GLP experience preferred.
