To learn more visit: https://awaresuper.com.au/member About this opportunity Day rate contract role Open to Melbourne and Sydney based candidates Immediate start We are seeking a Workday Test Analyst to support a major Workday implementation initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, design, execution and coordination of Functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E) testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Verification Testing (BVT) to ensure business-critical HR, Payroll and Finance processes are delivered successfully. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in QA and testing roles Experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, Payroll or Workday implementations Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Payroll and/or Finance modules Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) Experience across testing strategy, planning, execution, defect management and reporting Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Proven experience coordinating end-to-end testing across multiple business functions and workstreams Experience managing testing traceability and requirement coverage Ability to identify testing risks and proactively manage issues and dependencies Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with project teams, technology teams and third-party vendors The Aware Super difference At Aware Super, we believe that diversity of thought, background and experience creates better outcomes for our people, members and communities.
