From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Time & Attendance Analyst to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate administration of employee attendance, rostering, and timekeeping processes through UKG and Workday. You will play a key role in maintaining payroll integrity, supporting workforce operations, and driving continuous improvement across time and attendance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the processing of rosters, timesheets, leave requests, and attendance records.
  • Maintain and continuously improve UKG and Workday systems to support efficient workforce management, compliance, and user experience.
  • Provide expert advice and escalation support for complex attendance and workforce management matters.
  • Deliver user training, create process documentation, and support system enhancements.
  • Conduct audits and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with policies, industrial instruments, and legislation.
  • Partner with managers, People & Culture, and systems teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering accurate, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage competing priorities while building strong stakeholder relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience working with UKG and Workday HCM.
  • Strong understanding of time & attendance, workforce management, payroll operations, and employee data management.
  • Proven ability to analyse information, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
