Transformation Analyst
This Transformation Analyst will focus on driving and supporting key transformation initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes across the organization.
This role will work closely with business, operations, and enabling teams to analyze end-to-end processes, assess operational performance, identify optimization opportunities, and support the design and implementation of practical solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
Also, strong process analytics capability, deep understanding of the business and data, and the ability to convert operational insight into measurable transformation outcomes will be required.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, operational pain points, and performance measures to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, control gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Analyze operational, customer, financial, and performance data to generate insights that inform transformation priorities, solution design, and decision-making.
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps, value-stream views, handoff analysis, and workflow documentation to support transformation initiatives.
- Apply process analytics techniques to assess cycle times, variation, exception volumes, rework levels, and root causes of operational issues.
- Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and support functions to define requirements and support implementation of process improvements and enabling solutions.
- Prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, impact analyses, and benefit hypotheses to support transformation proposals and initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), process measures, and outcome metrics to monitor transformation success and operational performance.
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and decision materials to management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions to gather requirements, validate issues, and drive alignment on solutions and priorities.
- Support documentation, training inputs, and transition activities for new or improved processes, controls, or systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Transformation / Business Analysis Role: Experience in transformation, business analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, consulting, or a related role, preferably within financial services, insurance, or a similar environment.
- Process Improvement: Experience in process mapping, process redesign, workflow analysis, or process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar approaches.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Demonstrated ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, generate insight, and create dashboards or reports that support operational and transformation decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk, and support functions.
- Project / Initiative Support: Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, with familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent platforms.
- Change and Implementation Exposure: Experience supporting implementation, documentation, transition, or change adoption activities is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, Agile, BPM, or data analytics certifications are beneficial.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the financial services sector, including regulations and compliance considerations, is advantageous.
