Hybrid eligibility begins after successful training and demonstrated ability to work independently. Standard hybrid schedule consists of a 2-day remote / 3-day onsite rotation.

Job Summary
The Treasury Funding Analyst plays a key role in supporting CCMSI's Treasury operations by ensuring the accurate funding, reconciliation, and administration of client accounts. This position is responsible for processing financial transactions, funding requests, ACH activities, cash postings, account reconciliations, and related treasury functions while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
This role supports both internal teams and external clients by monitoring account activity, identifying discrepancies, and helping ensure funds are available to meet operational and claim payment needs. Success requires strong organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

- Process client funding requests and prepare funding invoices
- Monitor and reconcile client account activity and balances
- Post cash receipts and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Initiate ACH transfers and stop payment requests as needed
- Process and manage high volumes of financial transactions and checks
- Research and resolve account discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate financial records, account documentation, and transaction files
- Assist with account reconciliations and treasury reporting activities
- Review invoices, vouchers, account statements, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with internal departments and external clients regarding account funding and transaction activity
- Assist with special projects and provide backup support for treasury team functions
- Maintain compliance with established financial controls and internal procedures
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping, or financial transaction processing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- PowerPoint
- Reliable, predictable attendance during assigned business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, treasury, banking, or business environment
- Experience handling invoices, account reconciliations, cash postings, or payment processing
- Experience working with accounting systems such as Sage 100 or similar platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with financial records and account maintenance

Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
