The Merch Transformation team empowers Walmart merchants to operate with enhanced speed, consistency, and confidence by delivering essential tools, support, process improvements, and insights. This team collaborates across product, business, technology, and merchant organizations to drive adoption, stabilize key platforms, and improve user experience. Their efforts ensure transformation initiatives generate measurable business value. The team values advanced analytics, data analysis, leadership, project management, collaboration, and business process expertise to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in merchandising operations.
What you'll do:

• Lead advanced analytics initiatives to address complex business challenges and support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and actionable recommendations.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team, fostering skill development and engagement.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, including risk assessment and solution implementation.
• Develop and validate data models and prototypes to drive business value and innovation.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of analytics solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve analytics processes to enhance efficiency and impact.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
