<p>Become Sangue Laranja.</p></div><p>The role helps ensure operations, employees, products, and customer communications remain compliant with U.S. consumer protection laws and regulatory expectations.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Executing monitoring, testing, and quality assurance activities across banking areas while maintaining consistent documentation standards.</li>
<li>Ensuring consumer-facing products, disclosures, and marketing materials are compliant across multiple regulations (e.g., Reg E, Reg CC, UDAAP, etc).</li>
<li>Supporting consumer complaint handling, escalation, investigation tracking, and trend analysis.</li>
<li>Overseeing Reg E related error resolution and unauthorized transaction processes for digital accounts, debit cards, credit cards, and other applicable EFT activities</li>
<li>Managing examination requests and supporting timely responses</li>
<li>Supporting regulatory examinations and maintaining exam readiness documentation, evidence repositories, and timely responses to regulator requests.</li>
<li>Identifying systemic issues through monitoring results, complaint trends, and control weaknesses before they result in regulatory issues.</li>
<li>Maintaining training programs that meet regulatory expectations while addressing evolving business and regulatory risks.</li>
<li>Assist in Maintaining accurate issue tracking and remediation evidence via Management Action Plans (MAPs)</li>
<li>Producing clear, professional documentation in fluent English within a multicultural, cross-border organization.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.</li>
<li>2–4 years of experience in compliance monitoring, quality assurance, consumer compliance, compliance advisory, regulatory risk, internal audit, regulatory exam management, or related second-line compliance functions within a U.S. financial institution.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with U.S. consumer regulations, complaint management, product/disclosure review, and regulatory training programs.</li>
<li>Direct experience supporting regulatory examinations and responding to regulator requests.</li>
<li>Experience with issue management frameworks and remediation tracking.</li>
<li>Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)</li>
<li>Strong ability to draft professional, regulator-ready documentation in English.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Compliance Management Systems and second-line oversight expectations.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of U.S. consumer protection regulations, UDAAP standards, including consumer complaint handling and Reg E.</li>
<li>Experience executing monitoring and testing programs.</li>
<li>Experience reviewing marketing materials, disclosures, and product documentation.</li>
<li>Ability to develop and deliver compliance training content.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, presentation, writing, and communication skills.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</li>
<li>Ability to engage confidently with auditors, regulators, business partners, and senior management.</li>
<li><strong> </strong>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li>

<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Compliance certifications such as CRCM and CAMS preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience in a branch, foreign banking organization, or international bank environment is a plus.</li>
<li>Fluent in Portuguese proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – Preferred</li>
