<h3><strong><img style="max-width: 100%;" src="https://wargaming.com/media/ckeditor_uploads/2025/08/26/Banner-SM-648%20x%20211-Version300ppi.png" alt="" width="648"></strong></h3> <h3><strong>Job Overview</strong></h3> <p></p> <p>We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive the growth of performance marketing for World of Tanks Blitz, an online mobile shooter.</p> <h3><strong>Reports to</strong></h3> <p></p> <p>Marketing Director, Mobile</p> <p></p> <h3><strong>What will you do?</strong></h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Manage and scale paid user acquisition campaigns across major channels</li> <li>Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics</li> <li>Develop and execute testing strategies for creatives and targeting</li> <li>Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams</li> <li>Work with attribution tools (AppsFlyer or similar) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting</li> <li>Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and scaling strategies</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset</li> <li>Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Applovin)</li> <li>Solid understanding of mobile marketing metrics and attribution</li> <li>Experience working with AppsFlyer or similar attribution tools</li> <li>Upper-intermediate English or higher</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What additional skills will help you stand out?</strong></h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Experience in mobile gaming</li> <li>Experience building and scaling creative testing pipelines</li> <li>Understanding of ASO and/or retargeting</li> <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong ownership and accountability for results</li> <li>Clear communication and collaboration skills</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Work mode</strong></h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Hybrid (3 days of work from the office)&nbsp;</li> <li>This role isn't eligible for relocation &amp; immigration support.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3> <p>Benefits and perks are tailored to the local market and culture.
