About the Role
The Analyst, Sales Compensation plays a critical role in supporting the company's sales organization by ensuring accurate and timely compensation payouts to our sales teams. This position requires a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on data integrity and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What will you do?
- Compensation Administration
- Calculate and or review Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Sales commissions and Bonus payments both in Excel as well as Power BI.
- Calculate and or review Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Partner commissions in Excel as well as Power BI.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential plan adjustments.
- Conduct thorough plan audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Distribute, track and report on the status of the compensation plan letter acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness
- Perform audits to ensure data integrity between SFDC, CAMTRADE and PBI systems
- Develop and maintain clear and concise Sales compensation documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Payroll teams to process new hires, terminations, promotions and transfers in accordance with Organization policy
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large volumes of sales data from various sources (CRM, Powe BI, etc.).
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, compensation payouts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools - Power BI
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance trends to identify areas of opportunity and risk.
- Sales Team Support:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to sales team inquiries regarding compensation plans, payouts, and other related questions.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams on compensation plan details and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales leaders and Sales compensation analysts.
- Project Management:
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to sales compensation, including system implementations, process improvement initiatives, and new acquisitions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
