Cognizant is seeking a detail-oriented IT Vendor & Contract Management Analyst to manage IT vendor contracts, software licenses, cloud subscriptions, and support agreements. This role will be responsible for maintaining contract records, tracking renewals, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, and supporting compliance and reporting activities. This is a remote role.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US . Cognizant will not sponsor visas now or anytime in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the IT contract repository, ensuring contract data is accurate and up to date.
  • Track contract expirations, renewals, and notice periods, providing proactive reminders to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate contract renewal activities with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Organize and maintain contracts, amendments, statements of work (SOWs), and supporting documentation.
  • Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements by ensuring complete and accurate contract records.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on contract status, renewals, vendor inventory, and spend.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contract lifecycle and vendor management processes.
  • Support administration of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and vendor management tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in contract administration, vendor management, procurement support, or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of contract repositories, renewal tracking, and documentation management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and ServiceNow Contract/Asset Management modules preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

The salary range for this role is between $50,000 and $58,000 depending on skills and qualifications of the candidate. Applications will be accepted till 9/2/2026.
