About Us

At Team Housing Solutions, we deliver exceptional temporary lodging services to organizations deploying teams across the United States and globally. We build flexible, on-demand housing solutions by partnering with property owners, asset managers, and third-party providers, driving cost efficiency and operational agility for our clients.

Our mission is to provide superior temporary lodging experiences through streamlined systems, impeccable service, and a collaborative spirit that values our dedicated team, supply partners, and clients alike.

About the Role

Team Housing Solutions (THS) is seeking a highly experienced, entrepreneurial Vice President, Data Center Growth to build and lead THS’s business development strategy within the rapidly expanding data center market.

This executive will have primary responsibility for identifying, developing, capturing, and growing data center opportunities where THS can provide workforce housing, temporary facilities, hospitality, logistics, and other mission-critical support services throughout the data center construction lifecycle.

The Vice President will establish relationships with hyperscalers, data center developers, general contractors, EPC/EPCM firms, construction managers, infrastructure providers, and other key stakeholders responsible for developing and constructing large-scale data center campuses.

The position is expected to operate as the business owner for THS’s Data Center vertical, developing the market strategy, building the opportunity pipeline, cultivating executive relationships, shaping solutions, and converting opportunities into profitable long-term revenue.  This position will serve as a critical contributor across the full lifecycle of the business vertical, from shaping strategy and actively driving sales to hands-on execution, including labor-intensive and detail-oriented work that requires direct ownership and cannot always be delegated.

The ideal candidate is more than a traditional salesperson. THS is seeking a market builder capable of creating an entirely new growth engine for the company.

This individual should be comfortable entering markets before opportunities are formally announced, identifying decision-makers, developing relationships, shaping customer requirements, assembling solutions, and maintaining ownership of opportunities through contract award.

The successful candidate will combine industry relationships, strategic thinking, aggressive business development, commercial discipline, and operational understanding.

Most importantly, this executive will understand that THS's opportunity extends well beyond providing rooms or temporary housing. The objective is to position THS as the single-source workforce support partner for major data center construction projects, capable of coordinating housing, temporary facilities, catering, transportation, logistics, equipment, and related site-support services under an integrated solution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute THS’s comprehensive Data Center Growth Strategy in partnership with the executive team.
  • Build the data center vertical into a significant and sustainable revenue channel for THS.
  • Identify data center projects during the earliest stages of site selection, development, permitting, infrastructure construction, and workforce planning in partnership with the Business Development Research team.
  • Develop a qualified pipeline of data center opportunities across the United States and other strategic markets.
  • Establish revenue targets, pipeline objectives, capture priorities, and account plans for the vertical.
  • Lead opportunities from initial identification through qualification, solution development, proposal, negotiation, contract award, and transition to operations.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, opportunity forecasting, probability assessments, and executive reporting in partnership with other members of the Business Development team and Finance partners.
  • Prioritize projects where remote locations, housing shortages, labor constraints, compressed construction schedules, or limited local infrastructure create significant demand for THS solutions.
