Job Description

To provide support and assistance to the administrative and clinical teams, patients

and relatives by coordinating the clerical requirements for patients from admission to

discharge.                                                                                   

About You:

Essential

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as
required
Strong customer service skills
Computer literacy including competent keyboard and Microsoft Office skills
Able to complete tasks within designated timeframe

Desirable

Certificate in Medical Terminology
Previous experience in an administrative /reception position
Experience in hospital mainframe systems (e.g. IBA/Meditech)
Relevant health services experience
