Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Machine Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop intelligent recommendation, classification, semantic search, and assessment solutions.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Fine-tune and optimize transformer models such as BanglaBERT, BERT, and other Hugging Face models.
- Integrate and optimize commercial and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, etc.).
- Develop AI services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search technologies.
- Optimize AI model performance, accuracy, latency, and operational cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, BERT/BanglaBERT, or equivalent NLP models.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with Vector Databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus, Pinecone, or Weaviate).
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development practices.
