</div><div><ul type="disc">
<li>Collaborate with finance, operating companies and talent acquisition teams to forecast future hiring needs based on attrition trends, growth projections, and skills gaps</li>
<li>Gather and consolidate workforce data from operating companies</li>
<li>Build short and long-term headcount models and run scenario analyses to predict future talent and capacity needs based on historical data and market trends</li>
<li>Analyze internal labor movement (promotions, transfers, exits) to identify opportunities to strengthen retention and internal talent mobility</li>
<li>Utilize external labor market data to inform forecasting and planning</li>
<li>Partner with HR Leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover rates, time to hire, cost per hire and turnover cost</li>
<li>In partnership with the HR Systems team, identify opportunities to improve data integrity and improve reporting accuracy</li>
<li>Analyze correlations between sources of hire and long-term employee retention to optimize recruitment strategies</li>
<li>Other projects as assigned</li>

<li>To be 18 years of age or older</li>
<li>Authorization to work in the United States for this company</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field</li>
<li>5+ years experience with financial or business analytics</li>
<li>Experience with HR analytics preferred</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Experience with data visualization tools is desired</li>
</ul>
