The ideal candidate will partner with engineering and product leadership to identify hiring needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and simultaneously contribute to workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and performance optimization for technology teams.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> 2. Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)</u></strong></div><div>* Hands-on experience in technical recruitment: resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments</div><div>* Proficiency in managing technical assessments, code tests, and interview coordination</div><div>* Strong ability to deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process</div><div>* Expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity management</div><div>* Skilled in analyzing workforce performance metrics such as utilization, adherence, and productivity</div><div>* Experience in data analysis, root cause evaluation, and trend-based performance reporting</div><div>* Ability to maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and respond to internal/external queries</div><div>* Proficient in generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly workforce metrics and updates</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u> 3.
