Our team at the BMW Group focuses on Customer Journey Analytics, where we develop and scale AI and analytics products globally. We combine modern AI technologies with cloud-based solutions to drive data-driven decisions across products, processes, and customer experiences. What awaits you? <ul> <li>You will gain insights into global analytics, AI products, and their scaling within a large organization.</li> <li>Furthermore, you contribute to AI and analytics initiatives that impact products, internal processes, and customer journey decisions.</li> <li>In addition, you support the design, implementation, and operation of cloud-based AI solutions on AWS.</li> <li>Moreover, you help with modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models, AI Agents, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.</li> <li>You will assist in building and scaling AI-driven applications, automation solutions, intelligent workflows, and KPI dashboards.</li> <li>Furthermore, you support analyzing large datasets to better understand customer behavior, business performance, and product impact.</li> <li>In addition, you collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business teams across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and AI Engineering.</li> </ul> What should you bring along? <ul> <li>Studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or a related field with at least 12 months remaining until graduation.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, cloud-native application development, Python, and APIs.</li> <li>Experience in Data Engineering, including large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and data processing frameworks.</li> <li>Experience with AI developer tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Visual Studio Code, or similar solutions.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, with attention to detail and motivation to deliver high-quality results.</li> <li>Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate in international cross-functional teams, experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus.</li> <li>Fluent German and English language skills.</li> </ul> Do you enjoy working in an international team and want to shape AI-driven customer experiences?
