Job Responsibilities:

In this part-time role (15-20 hours per week), you will support the development and operational implementation of AI activities at Magna Steyr. You will help make ongoing AI initiatives more transparent, professionally prepare internal enablement and community formats, and support the practical use of approved AI tools within the company.

Your Tasks

  • Support the coordination and follow-up of AI-related initiatives.
  • Contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of internal AI formats.
  • Work on clearly defined conceptual or technical tasks related to AI solutions.
  • Maintain and further develop a central overview of ongoing AI use cases.
  • Create practical learning content and support internal enablement and the use of approved AI tools.
  • Create and maintain presentations, overviews, and communication materials in the AI context.

Who we are looking for

  • Ongoing degree program (university of applied sciences or university) in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its application in an enterprise context.
  • Structured, careful way of working and enjoyment of organizational and coordination tasks.
  • Confident use of common Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different departments.
  • Fluent in German and confident in English.

Your preferred qualifications

  • Solid understanding of AI terminology, use cases, and current application possibilities.
  • Interest in enablement, knowledge preparation, and community work.
  • Initial experience with project work, event organization, or internal communication is an advantage.
  • Experience with collaboration and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint is helpful.
  • Independent, reliable way of working and high motivation to take on responsibility.

Your profile matters!

Based on your qualifications, professional experience and the responsibilities of the role, your actual salary will be agreed individually. The minimum monthly gross salary for this full-time position (38.5 hours per week) starts at
€ 3.400 (paid 14 times per year), with a clear willingness to offer a significantly higher salary depending on your qualification and experience.
