He/She is responsible to regularly track and resolve outstanding issues and escalate to relevant parties as <br>necessary.</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br>• Maintains (creates, amends, inactivates and/or deletes) the master data integrity in all ERP systems and/or banking systems or portals based on approved master data change requests received and in accordance with <br>standard operating procedures (SOPs).<br>• Maintains proper change records on changes made, including generates reports for review and approval<br>• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when necessary<br>• To ensure the accuracy, timeliness and the completeness of the transaction processed as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). <br>• Manages, analyzes, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to SOP and SLA<br>• Ensure the ownership for all applicable internal controls related to MDM processes. <br>• Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues being identified and escalate to relevant parties as necessary. <br>• Proactively identifies, proposes and implements continuous improvement initiatives in existing processes within the team<br>• Perform knowledge transfer with new joiner<br>• Works independently within guidelines and policies, and receives minimal guidance.<br>• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and provides functional guidance.<br>• Assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties as and when required.</p>
<p><br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :</strong><br>• A Bachelor Degree in IT or Finance or Business Administration or equivalent<br>• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Master Data or System Administration role or any relevant experience<br>• Experience in a shared service centre environment will be an advantage<br>• Experience in using ERP systems will be an advantage<br>• Japanese Certificate: JLPT N2/N1</p>
