These opportunities in our Research Lab Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will support the BI team in gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to help improve business operations and decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments, utilizing your analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data product modeling in Databricks using the business data collected from various internal and external sources. Develop reports and solutions using BI tools (e.g., Power BI and Power Automate) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Assist in automating reports and building data pipelines leveraging LLM capabilities.
Present findings and insights to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (must have completed at least 2 years of college coursework by the start of the internship).
Familiarity with BI tool(s) (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or others).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of database management and data structures.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
Coding experience (SQL, Python) is advantageous.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical analysis or machine learning techniques is advantageous.
