- 3–5 years of hands-on industry experience in one or more of the following:
- 1–3 years of teaching, training, or corporate learning experience in IT or technology-related subjects.
- Experience designing automation workflows, dashboards, reports, and AI-powered conversational solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate real-world implementation and best practices.
Preferred experience
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners with varying levels of experience.

Requirements
Experience
3–5 years of hands-on industry experience in one or more of the following:
Microsoft Power Automate

Microsoft Power BI
1–3 years of teaching, training, or corporate learning experience in IT or technology-related subjects.
Technical Skills
Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Experience designing automation workflows, dashboards, reports, and AI-powered conversational solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
Ability to demonstrate real-world implementation and best practices.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
ACLP or ACTA, AITP certification is required (or willingness to obtain certification).
Preferred Skills
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and coaching adult learners.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners with varying levels of experience.
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic academic environment.
Industry certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-300, PL-500, PL-900, PL-200, or related certifications) are an added advantage.
