Aufgaben

Objective of Job

Establish and own the AI-driven data analytics methodology to transform frontline retail conversational data into actionable business intelligence.

Act as the core bridge between business departments, external suppliers, and internal IT to define analytical frameworks, lead data model customization, and drive the co-development of automated AI Agents and ChatBI tools, empowering both internal management and the dealer network with agile, permission-based data insights.

Main tasks

1. Business Demand Alignment & Methodology Construction
- Gather and synthesize data insights requirements from various internal business departments.
- Build and constantly optimize standardized analysis methodologies and evaluation frameworks.
- Ensure analytical definitions and logic align with overall business KPIs and strategic goals.

2. Routine E-badge Insight Generation & Deep-Dives
- Periodically analyze customer-consultant conversation data collected via E-badge.
- Deliver deep-dive insight reports covering customer behavior, product pros/cons, competitor benchmarks, and sales process execution.
- Conduct dynamic, ad-hoc data deep-dives based on immediate business requests to identify operational anomalies or market shifts.

3. Vendor & IT Coordination for Model Customization
- Translate business logic into technical specifications for customized data models.
- Lead communication with external suppliers and IT counterparts to align on final analytical solutions.
- Manage the project timeline, review deliverable quality, and validate model accuracy before deployment.

4. AI Agent & ChatBI Co-Development
- Partner with the IT team to develop an AI Data Analysis Agent that automates the generation of comprehensive vehicle model data reports.
- Co-design and deploy a ChatBI tool to enable conversational data queries for both manufacturer internal staff and dealers.
- Define and implement strict data permission matrices to ensure secure, role-based data access.

Qualifikationen

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience 
‑ 3-5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or AI product management.
- Experience in automotive retail, consulting, or conversational data (NLP/LLM) projects is highly preferred.

Skills
- Methodology & Acumen: Outstanding ability to build structured data analysis methodologies and translate abstract business pain points into concrete data models.
- Tech-Savviness: Solid understanding of LLM applications, AI Agents, RAG architecture, and ChatBI concepts. While hands-on coding isn't the primary focus, the ability to technically align with IT and vendors is crucial.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and alignment skills to manage complex relationships across business units, technical IT teams, and external suppliers.
- Language: Professional fluency in both Chinese and English.
