Job Description:
Parsons is searching for a professional to support development, integration, testing, and ongoing execution of in-house machine learning research on multi-agent reinforcement learning.
What You'll Be Doing:
- This work will include conducting experiments on the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of deployed machine learning (ML) solutions.
- Formulating and testing hypotheses via implementing compute-efficient AI/ML training methods, applying statistics, and performing data analysis
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Required: B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering and 5+ years of post-degree machine learning experience, or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering and 2+ years of experience, or Ph.D. in relevant field
- High proficiency in Python with a strong background in writing modular, testable, and maintainable codebases
- Framework fluency with data science tools and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc) and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Familiarity with virtual environment tools such as Conda/uv/Poetry, or Docker containerization
- Experience with Git and software development best practices, and working within Linux systems
- The ability to work both individually and in a multi-team development project
- Communicate methods and findings through publication manuscripts
