About the role:

What you’ll do:

  • Enable self-serve analytics through scalable data models and clear metric definitions
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess portfolio impact and mitigate potential losses.
  • Support product strategy with data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Build scenario models (ex.: customer lifetime value) to evaluate growth strategies under varying risk conditions.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature adoption to identify opportunities
  • Translate business questions into analytical and statistical frameworks
  • Perform root cause analysis on product performance issues
  • Identifying growth initiatives using customer acquisition, credit score data, and approval strategies
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across product features and user journeys
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Engineering, to prioritize and implement test roadmaps
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to optimize credit decisioning and product performance.
  • Partner with Risk, Product, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives with credit policies and compliance requirements.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in growth analytics, credit risk, or financial services analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Alteryx, Power BI - Tableau and asset)
  • Experience building and deploying A.I. driven models into production environments
  • Experience using credit products and risk frameworks in decision-making.
  • Background in machine learning models, optimization techniques and scenario modeling.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business and risk acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
