Directs individuals within the procurement function to achieve specific goals, working independently under limited supervision, responsible for the delegation of work and review of others' work product. Helps establish and implement a culture of continuous improvement in procurement, integrating practical knowledge of project management and guiding the team toward enhanced performance and efficiency.
