Advises others regarding recent changes in policies, practices, and procedures related to compliance and develops educational materials to share with the organization to ensure understanding of policy changes. Applies highly developed knowledge in compliance to provide oversight in the development and implementation of compliance initiatives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, drawing on extensive experience in compliance to educate management on the implications of non-compliance. Provides support in continuously improving compliance processes and practices by seeking out educational opportunities and industry insights.

This role manages large-scale projects or processes that significantly contribute to organizational performance. Colleagues in this position are expected to tackle semi-complex and often challenging problems, requiring analysis and sound judgment. Communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners such as clients or vendors is expected. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position will determine appropriate methods and procedures for new assignments and lead teams or initiatives. The position typically requires a strong foundation of knowledge, typically supported by a university degree or equivalent experience.
