You will be responsible for leading and activating the advisor ecosystem. Working closely with the sales organization under the responsibility of the Sales Director Services France, you will identify relevant growth opportunities and align sales teams in line with the agreed roadmap.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to manage and optimize relationships with advisors to drive growth and revenue
- Building relationships with C-level stakeholders and establishing pipeline review processes
- Strengthening existing relationships while developing new ones
- Identifying future business and expansion opportunities
- Supporting field teams in developing new opportunities and offerings
- Organizing meetings with advisors
- Applying knowledge of marketing strategies
- Analyzing and presenting business performance and deriving actions to improve sales effectiveness
- Establishing and maintaining internal and external communication channels
- Analyzing customer and competitor behavior
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with additional qualifications and/or 4–5 years of relevant professional experience (Master's level equivalent), or comparable experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and industry best practices
- Strong sales and results-oriented mindset; self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to adapt to and engage with different topics and teams
- Ability to identify future business opportunities at an early stage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation capabilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate new business processes and ways of working
