Job Description
Join Brisbane's Leading Residential Development Sites Team
Colliers is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our market-leading Residential team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of Queensland's most successful development site specialists, supporting high-profile transactions, market research, and strategic advisory projects across Southeast Queensland.
Working closely with senior agents and clients, you'll provide research, analysis, reporting, and marketing support to help inform major property investment and development decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting development site analysis, market research, and sales assessments.
- Maintaining residential market databases and tracking industry activity.
- Preparing Information Memorandums, proposals, reports, and client presentations.
- Supporting sales campaigns, client reporting, and market intelligence projects.
- Assisting with Brisbane and Gold Coast apartment market reporting.
- Building relationships with developers, consultants, valuers, and other industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
You may have experience in property, valuation, research, development, or agency, or be a recent graduate looking to build a career in the property industry.
You'll bring:
- A degree in Property, Commerce, Economics, Town Planning, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen and an interest in residential property and development.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
