About the Role

We're hiring an Analyst to help bring our global allocation strategy to life. You will work closely with the Allocation Senior Manager and cross-functional partners across Sourcing Development, Supply Planning, Materials Sourcing, Costing, and Product Development to turn pre-season and in-season allocation plans into action. This is a hands-on role where you will spend most of your time gathering and analyzing data, building reports, and shaping recommendations that guide allocation decisions, with a clear view of how those decisions impact downstream teams and processes. It is a strong fit for someone who wants to build deep expertise in sourcing and see their day-to-day work create visible business impact.

What You'll Do
  • Drive data gathering, analysis, and reporting to support pre-season and in-season allocation decisions, turning insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build reports and visualizations in Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI that generate insights and enable effective decision-making.
  • Assess cross-functional dependencies and downstream impacts to develop allocation recommendations that are well-informed, aligned, and executable.
  • Partner with teams across Sourcing Development, Supply Planning, Materials Sourcing, Costing, and Product Development to gather inputs, align stakeholders, and support allocation decisions
  • Proactively identify information gaps, validate assumptions, and drive closure on open questions to support timely and sound decision-making.
  • Support the Allocation Senior Manager in executing allocation strategies and translating plans into effective operational actions.
What Success Looks Like
  • Allocation plans are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • Allocation processes run smoothly, with risks and issues flagged early.
  • Data and reporting are clear, timely, and actionable for stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional partners see you as a reliable, responsive, and proactive point of contact.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in any field.
  • Experience in operations, procurement, supply chain, business analysis, or a related analytical role is advantageous; fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup.
  • Working knowledge of at least one data visualization tool, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines at once.
  • Strong systems thinking and business judgment, with the ability to evaluate interdependencies and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying information gaps, validating assumptions, and following through to support sound decision-making.
  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly build understanding across unfamiliar business processes and datasets.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Exposure to Power Query.
  • Familiarity with data and/or document automation tools such as KNIME or Alteryx.
  • Prior exposure to sourcing, supply chain, or global trend analysis, helpful but not expected on day one.
