Clear Channel Outdoor

Job Summary:

Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO) has developed an industry-leading platform (RADAR) that provides data-driven audience insights and measurement for out-of-home (OOH) campaigns. We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-minded Analytics Engineer to join the RADAR Data Products team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, building the models, pipelines, and dashboards that power strategic decisions across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, and Sales to transform raw data into reliable, decision-ready insights – with a keen eye for transforming and automating process along the way.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the media landscape (particularly OOH), advertising trends, and RADAR Data Platform capabilities to better contextualize RADAR's datasets and analytics outputs.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of technical RADAR programs — including data maintenance, schema designs, and reporting assets — ensuring they are delivered in a timely fashion and meet quality standards.
  • Engage with cross-functional product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define analytics requirements, KPIs, and metrics that support key business and product decisions.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain scalable SQL queries and data models that serve as the foundation for reporting, dashboards, and downstream analytics.
  • Build and maintain modular, reusable data pipelines and transformations using modern ELT/ETL frameworks, delivering clean, analytics-ready datasets across teams.
  • Own the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and self-serve analytics tools, translating business requirements into reliable, production-grade reporting assets.
  • Implement testing frameworks, data validation processes, and documentation standards that ensure accuracy and trustworthiness across RADAR data products.
  • Automate and optimize recurring data workflows, reducing manual effort and improving consistency and scalability across the data platform.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to troubleshoot pipeline issues, align on data architecture, and contribute to long-term investments in the RADAR data platform.
  • Communicate technical work, findings, and data limitations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling confident, data-informed decision-making.
