Key Responsibilities Own the strategy and implementation of our triangle of measurement ranging our marketing attribution model, experimentation and Marketing Mix Models. Manage and develop a team of two analysts in different IC levels, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output, and that the project priority definition is outcome oriented. We're looking for an Analytics Manager to join our Marketing Science team and own the strategy, execution and evolution of our marketing measurement framework. This role is your opportunity to shape how we drive measurable impact of £M’s of marketing investment across the globe.
In this role, you'll be a key leader, guiding a team of two analysts to build, maintain, and evolve our triangle of measurements from end to end.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical hands-on leader with deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of advertising effectiveness and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing stakeholders, analysts, data scientists, engineers and finance teams.

You will be responsible for the strategic direction of our triangle of measurements, ensuring it provides the best representation of marketing’s impact and actionable insights that drive marketing optimization across the company.
