Overview The BI&R Associate Analyst independently delivers Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions for complex business needs, translating stakeholder requirements into reliable dashboards, analysis, and automated reporting. The role owns assigned reporting workstreams, strengthens controls and data quality, and recommends improvements that enhance decision-making and execution effectiveness. Design, develop, and optimize complex dashboards, data models, visualizations, and analytical solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools. Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and present actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders. Drive automation and process improvements using SQL, VBA/macros, Python, R, or other digital solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. Establish robust data-quality checks, investigate root causes, and ensure compliance with service standards, governance, and reporting requirements. Analyze business performance, identify emerging trends and risks, and influence decisions through evidence-based recommendations. Coordinate cross-functional priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve complex reporting or delivery issues. Drive standardization, maintain documentation, share best practices, and provide practical guidance to strengthen team capability and agile delivery. Qualifications 6–7 years of experience in reporting, Business Intelligence, analytics, or related operational roles, including independent ownership of reporting workstreams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. Advanced hands-on expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Office, with proficiency in SQL and data automation or analytical tools such as VBA/macros, Python or R. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently. Demonstrated knowledge of data modelling, data governance, quality controls, and effective knowledge-sharing practices.
