In this role, you will drive the delivery of data quality controls, data cataloguing, lineage management, and access governance capabilities on the Snowflake platform while collaborating with Data Governance, IT, Analytics, Data Science, and business partners. Discover your role: - Lead data quality workstreams within Snowflake, designing, implementing, and monitoring controls for assigned data domains while coordinating thresholds and remediation with data owners. - Design and maintain auditable, version-controlled data quality rules using Snowflake Data Metric Functions, Dynamic Data Masking, and Row Access Policies aligned to business requirements.
- Lead data quality workstreams within Snowflake, designing, implementing, and monitoring controls for assigned data domains while coordinating thresholds and remediation with data owners. - Design and maintain auditable, version-controlled data quality rules using Snowflake Data Metric Functions, Dynamic Data Masking, and Row Access Policies aligned to business requirements. - Monitor rule execution results, triage failures, and deliver exception reports and stakeholder dashboards that provide actionable insights to business teams, data stewards, and data owners.
- Maintain Data Quality Rule Registers and governance documentation that is current, audit-ready, and aligned to enterprise data governance standards. - Lead catalogue maintenance and metadata management for assigned Snowflake assets within Horizon, ensuring consistent, business-meaningful documentation and inspection-ready lineage records. - Produce lineage and provenance outputs that help Analytics and Data Science teams understand metric derivation, trustworthiness, and data usage.

- Ability to manage defined workstreams and coordinate delivery across multiple collaborator groups with limited supervision.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain data quality, governance, and lineage concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceutical, with familiarity with GxP data integrity requirements or equivalent frameworks.
