DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Lead monthly pre-close activities, including preclose postings and reports, journal review, preliminary comments and closing communications.
- Maintain budget master data and controls, including CC/IO stewardship, budget adjustments, journal adjustments, distribution cycles and brand coding.
- Prepare and analyze recurring sales, marketing, cost and headcount reports; provide LT analysis and respond to ad hoc Sales/RMM questions.
- Support team and work closely with functions to process budget cycles, Phasing
- Facilitate budget assumption validation to support a robust plan
- Coordinate alliance finance activities, including inventory movement reporting, transfer price, CSO calculation and rebate settlement, sales reporting and transition cost review.
- Prepare recurring alliance governance materials and participate in routine alliance meetings as required.
- Support monthly CSOP forecasting, topline review, KPI tracking and finance input for business decisions, launch readiness and resource optimization.
