Risk Data Analytics - Senior Developer
Risk and Financial domain [RDAI] developer with experience in Design assignment with Web Services, Knowledge of Java, React and other libraries or frameworks, Develop and maintain code base in Git Lab. Develop/Design/debug system architecture and ETL interfaces for different data providers and integrate data into data warehouse. Design and develop functional business enhancements in the database/Python.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing ETL Workflows and Automation scripts.
  • Building efficient workflows to improve data quality in the system.
  • Performing L3 Support for Risk Data warehousing workflows.
  • Performing data analysis, address external and internal User queries.
  • Working with release management team to productionize all developments.
  • Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders

Required Soft Skill

  • Excellent sql and AWS cloud knowledge with sound python skills, Snowflake knowledge is welcome
  • Risk and financial markets knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and attention to detail
  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and focused on timely deliverables
  • Self-starter; ability to complete tasks independently with minimum supervision and use independent judgment in decision-making

Skills Required

  • AWS Cloud knowledge
  • Technical Stack : Oracle, Python, PL/SQL, Snowflake
  • Scheduling experience ( Autosys, Control-M)
  • Experienced with RiskMetrics, Barra and risk data.

Functional Knowledge Required

  • Experience within or supporting Technology and/or Risk Operations.
  • Preferred – Risk technology experience within leading Financial Services organizations.
  • Preferred – Knowledge of MSCI Risk Metrics.
  • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross functional groups and support senior management.
  • Familiarity with financial products and risk analytics.
