The Role:
As a Junior SEO Audience Growth Associate, you will support the Search Audience Senior Manager in driving search traffic growth for Sotheby’s Luxury Division. You’ll assist in optimizing SEO strategies, creating and refining SEO-focused content, and analyzing performance data to help attract and engage qualified buyers and sellers across key luxury categories. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a renowned brand while further developing your skills in SEO, copywriting, and data-driven marketing.
Responsibilities:

- Support in preparing monthly performance updates and strategic priorities for internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about SEO best practices and trends, particularly in the luxury goods and e-commerce space.
You’ll Be Successful If:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, SEO copywriting, or a related role.
- You have a passion for the luxury industry and an understanding of its dynamics and trends.
- You are data-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating analytics into actionable insights.
- You are an effective communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
Ideal Experience & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
- Proven ability to write compelling, optimized content for digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and a willingness to deepen your expertise.
- Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and their applications in SEO.
