Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together? </div>This role is a data-centric hire for the Game Operations Business Intelligence team whose mission is to “Empower Game Operations with specialized analyses, tools, and expertise that enhance outcomes." <h1>What you’ll do:</h1> <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Distill datasets into recommendations with clear visualizations and concise talking points.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Scope and complete ad-hoc data requests about game mechanics, product, or user performance.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build, document, and maintain easy-to-use and insightful dashboards and reusable analyses.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Game Operations and Product to address data, performance, and process gaps.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Enhance datasets to increase usability and ability to perform nuanced analysis and reporting.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide subject matter expertise on data, pricing, users, and game operations or mechanics.</li> </ul> <h1>What you have:</h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in statistics, finance, math, or business analysis.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Advanced technical experience with SQL, data visualization (e.g., Tableau), and Excel formulas. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Advanced experience in an analyst, gaming, consulting, finance, or data science role.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Extensive knowledge or experience in sports, gaming, DFS, pricing, trading, or finance.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Organized, reliable, curious, professional, communicative, and growth-oriented team player. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability with data-driven critical thinking, problem-solving, and recommendations.</li> </ul> <h1>What makes you stand out:</h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience playing or optimizing play at a competitive level within sports, DFS, or other games. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Personal projects related to sports, gaming, trading, pricing, DFS, Prediction Markets, or finance.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Knowledge or experience with Python, R, MATLAB, or other programming languages.</li> </ul> <h1>Where you’ll live:</h1> <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates. #LI-Remote </li> </ul> <h1>Working at PrizePicks:</h1> The typical salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges.
