HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing our Killeen ABA team! We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants a manageable caseload, strong clinical support, and the autonomy to provide individualized care. Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. Clinicians utilize evidence-based strategies, including Natural Environment Teaching (NET), based on clinical judgment and what works best for each child.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
