Job Description 

Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas.  IBT is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Park City, KS clinic.


Job Responsibilities (actual percentages may vary based on week/month): 

  • 20% Create Individualized Treatment Plans: develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA to address communication, feeding, behavior, adaptive daily living, and social skills and update as necessary
  • 20% Create and monitor child’s data: design data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan objectives.
  • 15% Consult with senior BCBA on treatment teams for behavior and programming issues: staying in close contact with the BCBA to identify changes in a child’s behavior and to discuss changes in procedures regarding behavior management and skill acquisition.
  • 10% Conducting assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP): sitting with the client and determining whether he/she is able to conduct certain tasks.
  • 10% Conducting functional behavior assessments: observing client behavior, interviewing providers and parents regarding client behavior and determining function of behavior.
  • 10% Supervise 1:1 discrete trial teaching; observe implementers providing treatment to clients, review implementer’s documentation and data collection and provide feedback as needed.
  • 10% Manage behavior intervention plans; create, maintain, and modify function-based behavior


Required Qualifications

  • Hold Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board (KSBSRB). A BCBA-D designation is acceptable.
  • Hold a Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or be eligible for LBA licensure.
  • Have direct professional experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Have a satisfactory background check, including records maintained by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), Adult Protective Services (APS), Child Protective Services (CPS), Nurse Aide Registry, and Motor Vehicle records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At minimum 1 year of training service providers to work with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
  • Experience conducting interventions or research with children with behavior problems
  • Experience conducting family trainings on ABA based treatment plans
  • 12 months minimum experience working with families in home and/or community-based settings
  • Proficiency with Word and/or other word processing programs
  • Data analysis experience (SPSS, Excel etc.)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as evidenced in work history
  • Strong organizational and planning skills as evidence in work history
