Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending process enhancements. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business units and technical teams. - Experience in process modeling and documentation to clearly define business workflows. - Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize diverse information sources to support solution design. - Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation to facilitate consensus and drive project success.
