You’ll be confident engaging with stakeholders, understanding business problems, analysing processes, shaping requirements, and supporting delivery teams to design and validate solutions that meet real business needs.
What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading requirements gathering activities, workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Producing high-quality business analysis artefacts and detailed upfront requirements documentation.
Creating and maintaining requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Developing AS-IS and TO-BE process maps using BPMN 2.0 standards.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver better business outcomes.
Defining and validating both functional and non-functional requirements, including security, performance, usability and reporting requirements.
Supporting solution design reviews to ensure requirements are fully understood and met.
Supporting testing, business validation and user acceptance testing activities.
Managing requirements throughout the project cycle in a controlled and structured manner.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders, architects, project managers, technical teams and business subject matter experts.
Essential experience

Experience facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Confidence working with business stakeholders and technical/delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood, agreed, and delivered.
