What you'll be doing:
KRA 1 Dashboard Design & Development

KRA 2 Data Modelling & Security
- Design and refine data models underpinning dashboards, building on curated datasets.
- Implement and maintain row-level and application-layer security to ensure appropriate data access.
- Manage and monitor scheduled data refreshes, proactively resolving issues.
KRA 3 Support & Ad Hoc Analysis
- Act as first-level support desk for reporting/dashboard tickets, resolving the majority independently and escalating complex or technical issues as appropriate.
- Manage access/permissions administration (joiners, movers, leavers) in line with governance controls.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to the Head of Data & Analytics and AUNZ stakeholders as required.
KRA 4 Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and business logic within the reporting layer.
- Monitor data quality within dashboards, identifying and escalating inconsistencies.
- Monitor the Power BI roadmap and identify opportunities to adopt new features and best practice.
