Job Summary:
We're looking for a Business Intelligence & Insights Lead to own and drive high-impact analytics initiatives that help shape business decisions across the organization. This is a highly autonomous, internal-facing role for someone who combines strong technical skills with business acumen—someone who doesn't just answer questions, but proactively identifies insights and partners with stakeholders to solve problems.
Responsibilities:

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze large datasets.
- Perform data validation and quality control to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
- Lead ad hoc analytical projects that provide actionable insights for business leaders across the organization.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data requirements and improve reporting infrastructure.
- Support the Commercial Analytics team by delivering datasets and analytical support for client-facing initiatives.
- Independently manage analytical workstreams from inception through delivery with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Bachelor's degree, STEM field preferred.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying, transforming, and validating large datasets.
