Summary:
The Procurement Operations Analyst (Channel Enablement) will play a key role in implementing and managing procurement channels that enable efficient, compliant, and user-friendly purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities include supporting the rollout of catalogues, guided buying, and self-service tools, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with procurement policies.
Responsibilities:
Support the rollout of procurement channels, including catalogues, guided buying, and self-service tools.
Maintain and update catalogues, price lists, and other channel content to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop training materials and provide guidance to internal users on channel usage and best practices.
Track channel performance, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Ensure all channel content and processes adhere to procurement policies and audit requirements.
Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality
Position requirements:
+3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories.
Experience managing catalogues, price lists and procurement content.
Strong understanding of user training and adoption practices.
Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry.
Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence
Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa
Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others.
Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives.
Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
