YOUR MISSION:
The main mission of the Client Data & Intelligence Assistant Manager is to define the client data foundation and analytical framework, to enhance segment intelligence and actionable business insights, and to support decision-making and targeting efficiency for client activation.
In this role, he/she will interact with cross-functional internal teams and central/HQ data teams, covering the Korea market functional scope.
The Client Data & Intelligence Assistant Manager will act as a client intelligence expert, assist the Client Insights & Activation Manager in translating client data into activation and campaign planning; and support cross-functional teams in delivering data-driven insights and activation analytics as follows:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Data & Analytics
Conduct deep-dive client data analysis and reporting to uncover trends, behaviors, and lifecycle patterns in the Korea market.
Transform raw client data into structured analysis and robust intelligence to guide business and client decisions.
Foster data hygiene and drive continuous improvement in client data collection, cleansing, and database quality.
Client Intelligence & Report
Design and maintain regular dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive summaries for internal stakeholders.
Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business insights and presentations.
Identify emerging market and client trends to support proactive business planning.
Activation & Targeting
Build targeting lists and audience groups for CRM campaigns, events, and clienteling activities.
Perform pre- and post-campaign analysis to measure performance, activation efficiency, and ROI.
Support manager and cross-functions to continuously optimize target selection and activation mechanics.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related quantitative fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in client data analytics, CRM database management, business intelligence, or data-driven retail operations.
Fluent in both Korean and English (Mandatory for technical documentation, HQ alignment, and daily business reporting).
Experience in luxury retail, premium consumer goods, or top-tier analytics/marketing agencies is a plus.
Data Analytics & BI Tools: High proficiency in CRM platforms and analytics/visualization tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, SAP) to transform raw client data into structured intelligence.
Audience Targeting & Campaign Analysis: Proven capability in database cleansing, audience segmentation, and conducting pre/post-campaign ROI & efficiency analyses.
Data & Fiscal Precision: High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for creating executive-ready performance dashboards; capability to handle data-related budget tracking and fiscal processes.
Structured & Analytical Mindset: High numerical acumen, rigorous attention to detail, and proactive ownership focused on data hygiene and process improvements.
